- Artichoke of Montelupone
Boil some artichoke leaves in water for 15 minutes (from a healthy plant and not sprayed with pesticides). Leave to cool, then strain everything. Those who do not like the bitterness of the artichoke can add mint leaves, or lemon balm, or fennel, or sweeten with stevia.
In the fridge two days.
This herbal tea is important because it cleanses the liver, lowers cholesterol, has diuretic effects, deflates the belly, helps lose weight and promotes digestion. To make this happen, you need to drink the infusion 3 times a day after meals, for two weeks.
