{"id":1087,"date":"2019-02-23T18:23:02","date_gmt":"2019-02-23T17:23:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.carciofodimontelupone.it\/?page_id=1087"},"modified":"2023-11-25T17:58:27","modified_gmt":"2023-11-25T16:58:27","slug":"raci","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.carciofodimontelupone.it\/en\/raci\/","title":{"rendered":"RACI"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Artichoke of Montelupone present at the Central Italy Agricultural Review<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slogan for the year 2018: \"Roots Agriculture Food Innovation\"<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As every year, the Agricultural Review of Central Italy returns and the protagonists are the sectors of agro-food, the short agricultural supply chain, organic agriculture, educational farms, animal husbandry, agricultural mechanization and tourism promotion of the rural area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the regulation published on the site <a href=\"http:\/\/raci.comune.macerata.it\">http:\/\/raci.comune.macerata.it<\/a>, we read that products relating to the following sectors will be exhibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Agribusiness:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>productions of the territory \"short chain\";<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>biological productions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wine exhibition curated by the IMT _ Istituto Marchigiano Tutela wines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preview of the \"National Review of monovarietal oils\" edited by the ASSAM of the Marche Region;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>typical agri-food products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handicraft agri-food products characteristic for the territory of origin;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>local products whose producers have entered into supply agreements for food and wine events characterized by the brand \"Momenti del gusto\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zootechny:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, low court animals, etc .;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipment, products and services for animal husbandry and small domestic farms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>veterinary and animal feed products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agricultural mechanization for extensive industrial crops:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vehicles and equipment for farmers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accessories for agriculture and spare parts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rural tourism, ecotourism and active tourism<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>agencies for the management of the tourism promotion area of the rural territory, such as: I.A.T., parks, reserves, U.N.P.L.I., institutes, etc .;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>agencies for the promotion of \"out door\" and hiking sports activities, as well as for the management of tourist-sporting activities in the RACI field, such as: CONI, sports and hiking associations, etc .;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products and equipment for \"out door\" and hiking sporting activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collateral sectors;<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Institutional area managed in collaboration with trade organizations, Marche Region, universities, institutes, associations, etc .;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>agritourism, green building, bioenergy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>green furniture;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipment, products and services for irrigation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipment and products for organic cultivation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipment and products for horticulture and nursery gardening;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>horse riding; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clothing and equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>machines, equipment, products and services for gardening and landscaping;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>integrated supply chain processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products and services for the care and management of the territory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>research, training, institutes, services relating to the product sectors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technologies for forestry. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"RACI 2018\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/no-5loDl3W8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Also this year the Artichoke of Montelupone is present with its stand in the exhibitors area. The goal is to make the product known with all its properties.<br>In addition, our fresh artichokes will be cooked during the show cooking organized by the Macerata Cooks Association, Academy of Italian Cuisine -
